There is also a second form of the RSquare function in which RSquare(R1, k) = R 2 where the X data consist of all the columns in R1 except the kth column and the Y data consist of the kth column of R1. All these functions can optionally take a third argument con, where con = TRUE (default) means that the regression model takes a constant term and con = FALSE means that the regression model doesn’t have a constant term.
